- Generally, in-stock items on orders placed before 3 pm Pacific time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
- Most products shown on our website are in stock and can be shipped immediately. If there is a stock shortage or discrepancy you will be notified prior to fulfilling your order.

Our policy is to provide great stuff. Patterns are not refundable, however we all get excited about a pattern and sometimes buy it twice! We will be happy to exchange your unopened/unused pattern for another of your choice. This only applies to purchases made from this website.
